Role Overview:



The HR Transformation Leader will be a pivotal architect of change within our organization, responsible for designing, leading, and implementing comprehensive HR transformation initiatives. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, deep expertise in modern HR practices and technologies, and proven change management capabilities. You will redefine how we attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring our human capital strategy aligns with and propels our ambitious business objectives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and business unit heads to embed transformative HR solutions across the development.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap, encompassing strategy, organizational design, talent management, HR technology, employee experience, and cultural change. Lead the redesign and optimization of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience, leveraging digital solutions and automation. Drive the implementation of cutting-edge HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance Management tools) to support strategic HR objectives and data-driven decision-making. Champion change management initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful adoption of new HR programs, policies, and technologies. Partner with senior leadership to align HR transformation efforts with overall business strategy and long-term organizational goals. Oversee the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and succession planning strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation within the HR function and across the organization. Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and demonstrate ROI. Ensure all HR transformation activities are compliant with local labor laws and international best practices. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals involved in transformation projects, building internal capabilities.

Role Competencies & Activities:



Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership:



Develop and implement robust communication and engagement strategies to effectively manage change with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, line managers, and employees. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all aspects of HR transformation, organizational development, and change management. Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across all levels, ensuring buy-in and support for HR initiatives. Proactively identify and address resistance to change, mediating discussions and providing solutions to ensure smooth transitions. Work closely with communications, legal, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of HR transformation projects.

HR Strategy & Execution Excellence:



Oversee the design and deployment of innovative HR programs and frameworks that support a high-performance, agile, and employee-centric culture. Lead the strategic evaluation and selection of HR technologies and service providers. Develop and implement strategies for enhancing employee engagement, well-being, and overall employee experience. Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure successful rollout and embedding of transformed HR practices. Drive the adoption of data analytics within HR to provide insights for strategic workforce planning and talent management.

Leadership & Communication:



Articulate a clear and compelling vision for HR transformation that aligns with the development's strategic objectives to the HR team, senior leadership, and the wider organization. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, reports, and updates on HR transformation progress, outcomes, and impact to executive and board-level stakeholders. Apply insights from employee feedback and HR data to continuously refine transformation strategies and initiatives. Inspire, coach, and develop HR team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth in leading-edge HR practices.

Experience & Qualifications:



Skills & Experience:



A minimum of 12-15+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience, with a significant focus on HR transformation, organizational development, and change management within large-scale, complex organizations. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing major HR transformation initiatives, including HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), process re-engineering, and cultural change programs. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance organizational effectiveness. Extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of modern HR best practices, digital HR trends, and HR analytics. Exceptional project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all organizational levels. Experience working in multinational corporations or large-scale development projects is highly advantageous. Previous experience in the Middle Eastern HR landscape or other rapidly developing international regions is a plus.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, MSc HR, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, CIPD Level 7) is highly desirable and considered a significant asset. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous.
