Town and Country Meats Group Ltd is a leading wholesaler specialising in fresh and frozen meat and poultry products. We currently have 3 depots our Head office is Wolverhampton.
Summary
As part of our continued growth we are recruiting an experienced HR advisor to help look after our staff.
Responsibilities
Recruitment - Preparing Job Adverts, Screening of CV, Arranging and conducting of interviews.
Onboarding of new employees - Job Offer Letters, Reference Request, Inductions, issue of staff uniform
Maintain Employee records, both paper and electronically
Monitoring and reporting on Staff Attendance/Sickness
To support supervisors/mangers with any disciplinary action
Monitor of staff performance reviews/pay reviews
Identify and organising staff training as and when required
Implementing and maintaining training matrix
Ensure all necessary HR policies and procedures are in place, reviewed and updated
Ensuring the Company is compliant with Government legislation and the Company is kept up to date of any changes
Health and Safety in relation to employees
Organising staff team building events
Any other duties in relation to HR
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or related field is essential.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with ATS systems like Taleo is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
