Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HRBP to join a leading organisation in the FMCG industry, based in Kirkcaldy. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic support and driving HR initiatives to align with business objectives.

  • Provide strategic HR support to management and employees within the organisation.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to address workforce challenges.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Deliver training and development programmes to upskill employees and enhance performance.
  • Contribute to organisational change initiatives to support business growth and transformation.

A successful HRBP should have:
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partner role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse HR data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools effectively.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
