We're looking for an HRIS Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis, to play an essential role in supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and development of our new HRIS. This is a key position ensuring the system operates as a reliable, user friendly tool that supports data integrity, reporting, and HR operations across the business.
In this role, you will:
Play a key role in collating, cleansing, and validating people data.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Support system configuration and testing.
Manage general administrative coordination, including project trackers, user access logs, and communications to ensure a smooth go live.
Maintain core data accuracy.
Administer workflows and permissions.
Produce routine HR reports and dashboards.
Provide day-to-day system support and guidance to users.
