About the role

As an HRIS Analyst (supporting SuccessFactors), you will be a pivotal part of our team, contributing to the management and enhancement of our human resources information system. Working closely with various HR teams, the IT department, and stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth functioning of the SuccessFactors tool. Your tasks will encompass data management, reporting, process coordination, mass upload preparation, and assisting with project-related activities.

About your responsibilities at SPX Flow

  • System administration: Serve as a point of contact for system inquiries, user access, and security. You\'ll play a role in maintaining the system\'s integrity, addressing issues, and supporting system upgrades.
  • Data management: You\'ll contribute to data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system. This involves performing data corrections, regular data audits, and identifying areas for improvement. Generate reports and analyze data to support HR and business objectives.
  • Process optimization: Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced utilization of SuccessFactors. Your role will involve evaluating system functionality and suggesting improvements.
  • Training and support: You will support user training sessions, helping ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors. Providing ongoing assistance to HR users, assisting with report generation, and addressing system-related concerns will be key to your role.
About you
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in an HRIS environment, ideally with some knowledge of SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and Recruitment is a big plus
  • Familiarity with HR practices, including basic data management, reporting concepts, and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems and their configuration is a benefit, along with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is a key
