Job Description

Our operation based in Bulwell has an exciting opportunity for an HR/Site Administrator (full-time maternity cover). This is an on site role supporting the HR Advisor and site with administrative duties.

Responsibilities



Support the HR Advisor with HR admin tasks including absence management, issuing contracts of employment and onboarding of new employees Supporting the time and attendance system liaising with payroll as and when required Answering calls and managing visitors including on site briefings Manage franking machine and postage General office admin support to the wider business as and when required Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required.

Experience of working in a similar position Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner Motivated individual with a can do attitude Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work effectively as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,580.00 per year
