We are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, organised & motivated individual to join our HR&WOD team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, data, and process improvement. You will provide essential support across the HR&WOD function and help maintain and develop workforce related data systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our HR and Workforce & Organisational Development teams, helping us deliver high-quality services across the council.
The key duties will include:
Managing and maintaining accurate and confidential HR&WOD systems and processes
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Supporting financial processes including invoicing, budget monitoring, and reconciliation
Uploading and maintaining content across internal and external HR&WOD platforms
Organisation of meetings, projects and events including venue booking and logistics
Resolving queries from across the council regarding MLMC
Providing general and specialist workforce related support across the HR&WOD team
It is essential that you are proficient in using IT systems including Word and Excel and has proven admin/clerical experience, including skills in data input with attention to confidentiality.
