Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



Key Responsibilities:



Support the QHSE Manager in maintaining all accreditations: ISO9001, 14001, 45001 &

BRC

To provide guidance and advice to managers, supervisors and employees on all issues

pertaining to health & safety.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements and company

policies.

Risk Assessment: Assist teams in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing

controls to manage and reduce risks.

To establish safe operational procedures which Identify and take account of all relevant

hazards.

Incident Management: Record, report, and investigate incidents and near misses. Training & Coaching: Provide HSE training sessions and educate the workforce on safety

expectations and lessons learned from previous incidents.

Audits & Inspections: Perform safety audits and inspections to measure the level of safety

culture and compliance.

Environmental Management: Ensure waste segregation and measure required

environmental parameters.

Contractor Management: Manage contractors and consultants in all aspects of health and

safety.

Qualifications:



Qualifications / Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant HSE certifications. Experience: 5 Years proven experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG

environment.

Other considerations:




Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit. Risk assessment Problem solving Teamwork Conflict resolution Adaptability
