We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Manager to join our team. The HSEQ Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring that Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards are upheld across all areas of Ecocel's operations. This position requires a proactive and experienced professional capable of developing robust systems, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with management, project teams and external stakeholders to monitor, improve and maintain the highest levels of safety and quality performance. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems, policies and procedures
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance
Lead investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective actions for incidents and near-misses
Deliver HSEQ inductions, briefings and training to employees and contractors
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure consistent HSEQ standards across all operations
Manage and monitor ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001) and internal audits
Prepare and present regular HSEQ performance reports to senior management
Liaise with clients, external auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Environmental Health or a related field recognised by the appropriate regulatory body.
First aid certification is desirable but not essential; training can be provided if necessary.
Proven experience in report writing with clear, concise documentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

In-depth knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards, and best practices
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum requirement)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Desirable
Experience within engineering, utilities, construction, or renewable energy sectors
Lead Auditor qualification or experience conducting ISO audits
Environmental management qualification or experience

Monday to Friday
Work Location
: In person at Kilwinning and at various wind farms across UK when necessary
