Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and improvement actions
Deliver staff training, inductions, and toolbox talks to promote SHEQ awareness
Monitor SHEQ KPIs and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to uphold compliance and build trust
What We're Looking For:
Previous SHEQ experience in civil engineering, groundworks, or utilities, ideally with exposure to drainage or similar high-risk activities
Excellent working knowledge of current HSE legislation and best practices
