Essential Requirements:
Worked experience as an economic abuse specialist.
Skilled at IT including office packages such as excel, power point and word.
Skilled at working with change.
Skilled at putting others at ease and working with people in crisis.
Ability to work client focused flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and form part of an on call rota. Standard hours will be Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 1-5 and Friday 9-5
Car driver with willingness to work across the county and to travel beyond occasionally for meetings and training.
The Role:
The role of Hub Administrator is to work closely with the Hub and Somerset Domestic Abuse Service teams. You will provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service to the Hub and Somerset Domestic Abuse teams. You will be the first point of contact for clients, professionals and others and will respond to referrals and enquiries about Somerset domestic abuse Service. You will be responsible for collecting and collating data and uploading accurately to the online case management system and collating data for reports. You will work with others to ensure the Hub rota is covered.
The Hub Administrator role will be responsible for making and taking calls to our clients, monitoring our webchat and completing assessments to make sure our clients access the services they need. You will discuss support options and interventions with the clients so that they are able to safely make informed decisions. You will be responsible for carrying out initial assessments for clients coming to refuge, work with the team to update Routes to Support on a daily basis and work calmly in crisis, under pressure, prioritising my workload to best meet the needs of the service. You will attend our county wide drop-in sessions to provide advice and support to our clients in the community, work closely with partner agencies and the wider Paragon teams.
