With the opening of our brand-new Bristol Hub in January 2026, we're looking for a Hub Manager who's as passionate about people and performance as we are about the planet.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to align hub activities with company goals. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hub. Drive initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental responsibility

About You

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a service environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in renewables or the construction industry is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. Proficiency in time management and prioritisation of tasks.
