Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts
- Assist with employee orientations and training sessions
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Manage social media accounts for HR department, including content creation and engagement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
