About the Client
Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a retailer looking for a HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join growing and successful business.
Job Purpose
As HR Administrator, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the HR department and wider business. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support in providing an excellent and legally compliant service to the business. This will include assisting with providing a top candidate experience, supporting engagement activity, and ensuring consistency, integrity and legal compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate our recruitment process, including supporting candidate selection, the interview process and feedback
Sending and ensuring employment contracts are signed and accurately stored on our internal system
Provide strong administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle including starters, leavers, starter packs and exit interviews
Support the HR Business Partner with absence reporting including sickness, holiday and other leave types
Collating employee data from all departments, in line with GDPR
Support effective onboarding, including delivering inductions and site tours when required
Support the HR Business Partner with rollout of new processes, systems and policy changes including briefing managers and employees
Be an ambassador for HR within the business
Key Skills and Attributes
A strong communicator who can quickly build lasting relationships
Comfortable interpreting data and making recommendations for improvements
Comfortable with change
Proactive and visible within the business
Exceptionally high standards with strong attention to detail
Eager and quick to learn and adapt
Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in an administrative or similar role would be an advantage
HR experience is desirable but not essential
