Human Resources Administrator
to support our people operations across Clerkenwell, Marylebone, and Bloomsbury.
This detail-oriented role is key to keeping our HR processes running smoothly, from recruitment to onboarding, training, and day-to-day team support. You'll work closely with the wider HR team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a people-first approach.
What you'll be doing:
Managing employee records within HRIS systems (Bright HR)
Supporting recruitment: job postings, application tracking, and interview scheduling
Coordinating onboarding, contracts, and orientation sessions
Tracking training and development initiatives
Responding to HR queries with professionalism and discretion
Assisting with employer branding and social media recruitment campaigns
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies
What we're looking for:
HR administration experience (hospitality experience a plus)
Familiarity with HRIS platforms
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a bonus
