Job Description


We are seeking to appoint a positive and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator who has excellent organisational and administration skills to support our team at Bristnall Hall Academy. As an integral member of the HR team, the post-holder will assist the Regional HR Officer/Business Partner, taking responsibility for HR administration within the academy, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general HR administration. Human Resources Administrator \xc2\xb7 Temporary: Maternity Leave Cover, commencing April 2024 \xc2\xb7 NJC Scale Point: 7 - 14 \xc2\xb7 Actual salary: \xc2\xa311,584 to \xc2\xa313,034 per annum \xc2\xb7 20 Hours per week, 40 Weeks per year (Term Time Only + 1) This is an exciting time to join our academy as we celebrate becoming an Outstanding academy, following on from our inspection in November 2023. We are seeking to appoint a friendly and professional individual. Previous experience of running effective administrative support is essential, naturally, any relevant HR experience would be beneficial, however, training will be provided within the HR function, your flexibility and willingness to learn will matter most. In return, we can offer prospects that could take you anywhere within the academy and the trust. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths. The ideal candidate will must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
