We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources processes and systems, as well as excellent administrative skills. You will be reporting to the Group HR Director.
This role will also support the IT Director with basic IT assistance. Full training will be given.
Duties
Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applications.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation scheduling.
Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience within an HR environment is highly desirable.
The successful candidate should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
