We are looking for an experienced and talented part time HR Administrator to assist the UK Group HR Manager in the management of all HR and site related administration. The focus of the role will include administering all HR activities, supporting the UK Group HR Manager to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered throughout the site. In addition, the role will support the senior management team with some of their administration needs. This is an ideal role for an organised individual who is looking to work within a busy, challenging environment with plenty of opportunity to develop their career within the Human Resources field.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Assist in the screening of CV's, contacting candidates to organise interviews, conducting first interviews as appropriate and administering the on boarding process for all new starters to required standards
Delivering induction presentations when required in the absence of the UK Group HR Manager
Answering questions and queries from applicants and new starters
Liaising with payroll, H&S, etc in the organisation of the onboarding process
Leaver administration
Ensuring the administration of exiting employees, ensuring the off-boarding administration is completed
Assisting with exit interviews as appropriate
Collating data on staff turnover for analysis
Absence management
Assisting in the administration of absence management.
Collating data for analysis
Attending required return to work interviews to assist as needed
HR administration
Assisting in the administration of weekly, monthly and annual events such as staff announcements, employee of the month schemes, appraisal management and other ad hoc HR or administration related projects
Administering the internal IT system (Kelio)
Booking training as requested and completing all necessary administration
Completing all HR related invoices via internal system
Assist in preparing presentations and documents for meetings
Helping with low level employee relation issues as appropriate
Reviewing forthcoming employment legislation with the UK Group HR Manager to identify necessary changes
Site administration
Conduct site reception duties - answering front door to visitors to required internal standards
Assisting with housekeeping of internal meeting rooms
Helping other staff in hosting and hospitality duties for meetings, etc
Assisting senior managers with their administrative needs including expenses and booking travel arrangements as required.
The above list of duties is not exhaustive. The role may require occasional travel to other sites (expensed)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2+ year's relevant administration based experience that demonstrates the necessary organisational and IT skills required for this role. Always professional in appearance, the role requires an ability to deliver attention to detail whilst multi-tasking due to the unforeseen nature of the more daily aspects of the role. A high standard of personal integrity is required, as well as the ability to relate to staff at all levels. A degree of common sense is essential, as well as the ability to always act as the standard bearer of professionalism.

Graduate from within a relevant business administration discipline or transferable educational background
Ideally 2+ years of relevant HR related administrative experience that demonstrates exceptionally HR strong organisational and people related skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
