Are you organised, people-focused and looking to grow your HR career in a supportive, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support that keeps our organisation moving forward.

The position is part-time, working Wednesday to Friday as part of a job share, and is offered on a 1-year secondment/fixed-term basis until 7 January 2027.
About the role (External)
About the Role
In this role, you'll provide professional HR administrative support to our HR Business Partner teams, helping them deliver the People Plan and value-added HR activity across the business.
You'll be involved in a wide range of work - from supporting talent and succession planning, to coordinating organisational change activity, to helping run key employee engagement forums. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn.
This is the perfect role if you want to build a strong foundation in HR while working closely with teams who are passionate about people and culture.
What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering day-to-day HR administration for the HR Business Partner teams.
• Supporting talent management, succession planning and workforce planning processes.
• Coordinating documentation and note-taking for organisational change programmes.
• Maintaining accurate project metrics, trackers and data logs.
• Providing HR administrative support across a range of operational and strategic activities.
• Coordinating and recording actions for local councils and employee forums.
• Helping to plan and deliver events, meetings and people-related activities.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused, approachable and confident engaging with colleagues at all levels.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Detail-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, flexible and happy working in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Experienced in HR administration or working in a similar people-focused, complex environment.

Event coordination or meeting support experience is a strong advantage.

Salary: Band 6 (24,000-27,000 pro rata) plus Inner London Allowance 3,270 pro rata
The position is part-time, working Wednesday to Friday as part of a job share, and is offered on a 1-year fixed-term basis until 7 January 2027.
