Working closely with colleagues across The PA Collective, you'll uphold high standards, champion best practice, and make sure every new PA feels welcomed, valued, and prepared to succeed. If you thrive on structure, enjoy helping others achieve their goals, and take pride in accuracy, this role offers the chance to make a real difference--building a workforce that empowers people and strengthens communities across Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a Seamless Onboarding Experience: Welcome new PAs, managing vetting and compliance checks to deliver a fast, high-quality onboarding journey.
Vetting & Quality Control: Ensure every PA meets our high standards through thorough screening, compliance verification, and skills assessment.
Personalised PA Journeys: Tailor each onboarding experience to individual needs, making the process supportive and inclusive.

Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple onboarding processes at once.
