Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Based in the Newbury office and supporting the Clapham, Highbury & Islington territories (with regular travel as needed)
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (hybrid working, with up to 1 day per week in Central London)

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will take ownership of managing the full HR lifecycle across a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with business leaders to guide key decisions, and ensure clients receive commercially focused advice that builds long-term, value-adding relationships.
