Job Description

We are working with a leading accommodation provider that is entering a period of significant transition, driven by new projects and organisational change across the business. As a result, they are looking to bring in an experienced HR Business Partner to support the organisation through this exciting and complex phase.
This is an interim opportunity for an initial period of at least six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent, although this cannot be guaranteed at this stage.
The Role
This role will operate as a true HR Business Partner, working closely with senior leaders and operational managers to provide hands-on, pragmatic HR support. The focus will be heavily weighted towards employee relations.
Please note: This role requires site travel so the ability to drive / have a car is a must.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and managers to provide commercially focused HR advice and guidance
  • Lead on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence
  • Act as the HR lead on new projects impacting people and structure
  • Coach and upskill managers in effective people management and ER best practice
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently in line with European frameworks
  • Work closely with the central HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR support
  • Travel regularly to sites to build strong relationships and provide visible HR presence
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Strong background in employee relations.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or site-based workforces, with regular travel
  • Sector experience within accommodation, hospitality or retail is highly desirable
  • Comfortable operating within a centralised HR model across multiple countries
  • Confident, resilient and able to manage ambiguity and change
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
