Job Description

A Hertfordshire-based healthcare business provider is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team - a great role for someone with some HR experience, or even looking to take their first proper step into an HR career.
You'll be part of a small, supportive HR function that plays a key role in making sure each care home runs smoothly, and all employees are onboarded, trained, and supported properly.
What you'll be doing:

  • Helping to coordinate recruitment activity across several sites - from posting adverts and scheduling interviews to making sure all checks and paperwork are in order.
  • Supporting new starters through the onboarding process and ensuring files are complete for inspection standards.
  • Keeping HR records up to date, including training logs, reviews, and absence tracking.
  • Getting involved in a wide range of HR admin tasks - contract changes, policy updates, leaver documentation and payroll coordination.
  • Playing a part in maintaining compliance standards and helping prepare for audits.
  • Supporting with visa documentation and general employee queries when needed.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll learn the full HR cycle and gain experience across recruitment, compliance and people operations.
