Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support a wide range of administrative functions. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital link between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of HR processes. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, handling conflict, performance management, appraisals, training coordination, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour legislation.
This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the entire employment lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar administrative HR role.
Experience monitoring and driving HR KPIs and compliance standards.
Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Practical experience across core HR functions:
o Recruitment & onboarding
o Employee relations
o Workforce administration
o Payroll & benefits
o Performance management
o Learning & development
Human resources information systems (HRIS) and data management
Working knowledge of employment law, data protection, the Equality Act and health & safety legislation and compliance.
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
