Job Summary
We are seeking an
HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment data analysis
to optimize our hiring processes and drive data-backed talent decisions. This role combines
hands-on recruitment expertise with analytical skills
to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring efficiency, and collaborate across HR functions (e.g., Performance, Compensation).

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Data Analysis & Optimization (Primary Focus - 70%)
Build and maintain
recruitment dashboards
(e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate drop-off rates) using
on job ads, sourcing channels, and interview processes to improve efficiency.
Partner with hiring managers to
align recruitment strategies with business needs
using insights.
2. General HR Support (Secondary Focus - 30%)
Assist with
employee lifecycle processes
(onboarding, offboarding, basic policy guidance).
Support
performance management
by tracking hiring quality vs. post-hire performance.
Collaborate with Compensation teams to
ensure competitive offers
based on market data.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
2+ years in HR/recruitment
, with hands-on experience in
full-cycle hiring
.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English (Mandarin?Cantonese all welcomed).
Strong analytical skills
: Proficiency in
Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
.
Problem-solving mindset
: Ability to
identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose improvements
(e.g., reduced time-to-hire by 20%).
Communication & influence
: Can present data insights
to non-HR stakeholders
(e.g., business leaders).
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to
ATS/HRIS systems
(e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
Basic knowledge of
performance management and compensation principles

Familiarity with
Python/SQL for HR analytics
