Job Description


Lister Community School is looking to appoint a well organised Human Resources Lead to undertake a variety of Human Resources administrative duties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent customer service to our prospective employees.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of education and proven experience of working in a busy administrative role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, and sound knowledge of Human Resources work is essential. To be successful in this role you will need to be organised, have acute attention to detail and have the ability to multitask.

About the School

Lister Community School is a large 11-16 Academy at the heart of its community, and is part of the Newham Community Learning Trust. Our vision is to provide a world class international education for young people in Newham. We firmly believe our young people have the right to the same quality of teaching and range of opportunities as at any school in the country, and our ethos is one of continuous improvement, with a focus on strong partnerships and staff development.
