Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to lead and strengthen our people strategy across multiple homes. You'll work closely with the leadership team to shape culture, ensure compliance, and provide high-level HR oversight across both our children's and adult services.
What We're Looking For
4+ years' HR experience in the UK
, including at least
2 years in health and social care
(preferred)
Level 5 diploma or higher
in HR/People Management, or a
UK-recognised HR degree
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
Confident leading HR functions in a multi-site care environment
Data-driven, people-focused, and solution-oriented
Key Duties (High-Level)
Oversee and improve HR systems, compliance, and workforce planning
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across services
Advise management on policy, performance, and safeguarding considerations
Analyse HR data to support operational decision-making
Line-manage and support the development of HR staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 3,000.00-3,700.00 per month
