We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on data analysis and the ability to effectively communicate and present HR strategies to various stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in HR software systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, ATS, and Workday. The Senior Human Resources Manager will supervise a team of HR professionals, ensuring that all HR functions align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday to streamline hiring.
Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and improve workforce planning.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and best practices.
Communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR initiatives, policies, and employee relations issues.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making processes.
Manage employee performance appraisal systems, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and aligned with organisational goals.
Facilitate training sessions on various HR topics to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior human resources role with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
Proficiency in HR software systems including Taleo, PeopleSoft, ATS, and Workday.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information for strategic planning.
Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational capabilities.
A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
