As our Human Resources Manager, you will take full ownership of our HR, recruitment, and training functions. You'll be responsible for finding top talent, managing the entire employee lifecycle, and delivering impactful training programs that empower our team to thrive. Duties
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of top talent.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organisational standards.
Conduct regular data analysis to assess employee performance metrics and identify areas for improvement within the workforce.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday; familiarity with ATS is highly desirable.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
