We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. This is a stand alone role and the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels.
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.
Update policies and procedures as and when required.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
responsible for all areas of absence management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
Compile weekly pay roll reports
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices in human resources.
Minimum CIPD level 3 Qualified
This is a part time position of 3 days per week.
Salary 32,600 per Annum - Pro rata
