Because we believe in preserving more than just locomotives -- we're keeping alive the spirit of Britain's industrial past, creating purpose and pride for our volunteers, and driving positive impact for communities across the East Midlands. We're a not-for-profit organisation in a challenging financial climate, reliant on the grit, goodwill and commitment of a volunteer-led team. It's not easy. We work in an environment that demands resilience, teamwork, and creativity. But if you're the kind of person who wants to make a real difference -- to contribute to something bigger than yourself, to shape a living legacy, and to be part of a passionate and purposeful community -- then you might just have found your place.
