People Advisor

to join our dynamic People Team and help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.



What You'll Be Doing:




Partner with managers

to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.

Lead and support

on employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and capability.

Drive continuous improvement

by contributing to People Team projects and HR process enhancements.

Support organisational change

, including TUPE activities and change management initiatives.

Champion our values

, helping to embed the QA Spirit across the business.

Deliver HR-focused training

to build managerial capability and employee engagement.

What You'll Bring:




Ideally hold CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification/experience. Proven experience in managing complex employee relations and absence cases. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail. Experience in fast-paced HR environments and policy development.
