Job Description

People are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a passionate and proactive HR intern to join our EU HR team, with a focus on People Queries, Collating data, HR Presentations, Team Culture, and Strategic HR Projects. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the employee experience across UK and benelux and Regional Client solutions teams.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Onboarding Date, Project Duration & Application Deadline:

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- People Queries - Understand, learn and respond to People-related queries and help support execution of any documentation/ presentations
- Culture & Team Engagement: Drive and support any culture-related projects
- HR Projects & Operations: Contribute to HR projects for the business areas that the HR lead supports, including analytics, operations, and process improvements
- Initiative & Impact: Identify meaningful HR initiatives that enhance team collaboration and employee experience
- Administrative tasks - Support in day to day management of all people-related admin tasks

- Gaining exposure to full-cycle recruitment, performance, training, and employee relations.
- Developing practical HR knowledge and interpersonal skills.
- Contributing to a positive company culture and HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an interest in a career in Human Resources
- Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong "can-do" attitude and growth mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Available to start immediately
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degrees in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, or Organizational Development are highly valued.
