Key Responsibilities



- Lead the management and optimization of our HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors), including interfaces, workflows, reports, user training, and technical assistance.

- Act as the technical lead for all HR automated processes, such as performance management and salary review.

- Serve as a technical liaison between HR, IT, and Payroll.

- Manage projects to improve and simplify HR processes and tools.

- Plan and execute technical aspects of HR information systems.

- Drive and oversee all HRIS-related activities, ensuring on-time delivery and in close collaboration with our support partner and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with internal change control regulations.

- Manage data collection and conversion to management information.

- Maintain and ensure information security across all HR systems and use HRIS to adhere to ESG data requirements.

- Identify and mitigate data risks and escalate when necessary.

- Create and maintain financial and HR forecasts, reports, and resource tracking

- Provide strategic reports and dashboards to monitor workforce trends and issues.

- Stay updated with technological advancements and develop HR technology strategies, policies, and procedures.

Technical/ Skills Required



- Capable to translate functional solutions / demands and technical capabilities and vice versa

- Ability to gather and analyse data to support HR programs, procedures and ESG requirements.

- Extensive knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors and maintaining interfaces with other critical applications / payroll.

- Ability to create simple dashboards and generate HR metrics and analytics reports.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication

- Proven project management skills and adherence to the HR events cycle

Qualifications



- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience.

- Strong SAP SuccessFactors track record.

- Creating positive impacts through open communication with a problem-solving and facilitating attitude

- Strong analytical skills.

- Fluent in English.

- Working knowledge of HR processes and practices.

- Ability to work in a team-based, matrix environment.

- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

- Capable of making complexity simple

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,298.00-56,622.00 per year
