Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Engineer working within the Electrical Transformer Installation area
.Reporting directly to the Managing Director in the Transformer Division.
:-
Working with different manufacturers Power Transformers and Distribution.
Hands on job role working within the Mechanical and Engineering environment of Power Transformers is crucial.
Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment and full installation of Transformers, providing High Quality Work.
Understanding Working drawings and Specifications.
Sourcing and identifying of parts for assembly and having the correct equipment to undertake the operation.
A good understanding of the current H&S requirements for this type of work and necessary qualifications, IPAF, SHEA Power, Slinging and Signaller Cert, Mechanical/Electrical Qualification.
Understanding and providing RAMS.
Ability to work and collaborate with other trades and work within a team to achieve required results.
Ability to work unsupervised and be the Company representative responsible at site to Supervise and direct co workers.
Ability to Problem solve and make on site alterations if required.
The job will probably include working away from your own home
Pay is subject to Experience of Individual and type of Work related Contract.
