Air Options Ltd have been established 30 years and are looking to expand our busy team. We are an established commercial HVAC contractor specialising in heat pump, ventilation, and air conditioning services whether it be installation, service, or maintenance works.
The Role
As project manager you should be familiar with HVAC equipment and products from market leading brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Panasonic to name a few. Microsoft office is used daily therefore familiarity is required, when updating spread sheets, word documents and communicating with clients via Outlook.
We are looking for an individual with HVAC, air conditioning and heat pump industry experience, to survey and manage projects work within our installations department. We design and install HVAC projects, being delivered by our directly employed engineers, with project values ranging from 5k to 500k.
The position is both field and office based with our head office being based in Witham, Essex. We work within all types of commercial settings, in and around the M25 and home counties. You should however be based within an hours drive of our office in Witham, Essex, to meet with engineers and managers when required.
As part of the role you will need to undertake site surveys and design/ selection of suitable equipment, interpreting drawings and meeting specifications for client projects whilst maintaining a positive business relationship.
You should also possess good people management skills, working with your engineers, fitters and management team on a daily basis.

We do not carry out refrigeration type works, therefore our engineers and management teams operate during normal working hours (Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays) without disruption to their home life, due to call out or emergency attendance. We offer the following:
