Job Description

The company is a quickly growing company based in CV4 dealing with architectural panel and aluminium coatings for construction.
THE JOB ROLE
Input and update data into computerised systems
Maintain and update databases with accuracy and timeliness
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Answer phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette
Assist in general office administrative tasks and also help on shop floor on occasion
THE PERSON SPECIFICATION
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with computerised systems for data management
Excellent organisational skills to manage data efficiently
Clerical experience in an office setting
Administrative capabilities to support office operations
Typing proficiency to ensure speedy data entry
Be comfortable in a warehouse and office setting
Must be able to work full-time hours
