Hygiene Manager
Overview:
Join our team as a Hygiene Manager, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our organization. As a Hygiene Manager, you will oversee hygiene protocols, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and promote a clean and safe environment for all employees .
Duties:
- Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Train staff on proper hygiene practices, including the use of hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to address hygiene-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in maintaining hygiene standards in a commercial food setting.
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations and best practices in the industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement in cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff on hygiene protocols.
