About The Role

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking

Night Shift Hygiene Operative

to join our team in Skelmersdale.

The role is Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 5am.

Working through the night, you'll play a vital role in keeping our site clean, safe, and fully sanitised, ensuring everything is ready for the day shift to operate smoothly.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards. If you're comfortable working nights and enjoy a role where you can make a real difference behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About You

Previous experience in factory or hygiene cleaning (FMCG/food manufacturing an advantage) Ability to work independently and follow routines to a high standard Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication and organisational skills Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
