As a Hygiene Senior Team Leader your role is to ensure that the production environment meets high standards of cleanliness and safety by leading, and motivating a hygiene team to carry out cleaning tasks and hygiene processes.

The rate of pay is

15.22 per hour, 608 per week, 31,657 per year

plus opportunities for over time,

paid weekly.

Duties:

Ensure all operations meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Dispose of waste in a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible manner. Promote a safe working environment and reduce risk to employees and visitors. Verify cleanliness and readiness of equipment through unannounced inspections. Ensure that all clean equipment is clearly labelled to prevent contamination or misuse. Ensure tasks are completed according to defined procedures. Verify surface cleanliness using ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) swabbing. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and timely to support traceability, compliance, and audit readiness. Confirm all scheduled activities are completed and acknowledged. Confirm that cleaning chemicals meet the correct concentrations during use. Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and training records are up to date. Promote a cooperative and communicative working environment. Assist with cross-functional tasks that benefit the overall operation of the site.
