Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hygiene Supervisor to lead our night shift team, ensuring the factory and offices meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards. Working 6pm to 6am you'll manage a team responsible for cleaning production areas and maintaining hygiene standards.

Safety

Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

Proactively promote a safety culture within the team, setting an example and coaching colleagues

Quality

Deliver high quality of hygiene standards to the factory and office areas

Contribute to removal of environmental dust and foreign body contamination

Control allergen spillages

Cost

Manage labour spend and usage, as well as effective stock and waste control, identifying specific high areas of waste

Service

Ensure all services and deadlines agreed with internal customers are met, while demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness

People

Effective people management including conducting high quality return to work interviews, flexible working request meetings, regular 121s with the team, and investigation and disciplinary meetings.

13.73p/h plus 32% shift allowance
