Role Description



We are looking for a proactive and driven Hyperbaric Oxygen Technician to join our team in London. This role offers flexible hours with the potential to develop into a full-time position, depending on business growth and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:



? ?- Operating the hyperbaric chamber and ensuring client safety

?- ?Assisting clients during sessions and monitoring treatment progress

?- ?Maintaining equipment and ensuring a welcoming environment

- Learning about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, managing client bookings and package updates, and proactively maintaining regular client communication.

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who is:



?- ?Highly organised, sales-savvy, and passionate about marketing and social media

- ?Comfortable with promoting services and engaging with potential clients

- Able to work independently

- A strong, winning mindset with a willingness to work at least one day on the weekend, supported by self-belief and a continual drive for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications



?

?- Knowledge of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy procedures (or willingness to learn)

? ?- Experience in medical assistance, healthcare, or a related field

?- ?Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team

? - ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to sell and promote services

? - ?Marketing and social media skills to help grow our brand

? ?- A passion for entrepreneurship with a willingness to work hard and take initiative

? ?- Certification in Hyperbaric Medicine Technician (HBOT) is a plus (training can be provided)

? - ?Familiarity with emergency procedures and CPR certification

?- ?Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills

? ?- Experience working with diverse client populations is beneficial

MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE
