Hyring Paylocity Implementation Consultant / Hris Consultant. (wfh) Remote
Job Description
Looking for an 5+ years experienced Paylocity Consultant to help the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Paylocity platform.
This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity, to tailor the system to our organization's workflows, policies, and business rules.
5+Years of Experience in implementing or managing Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.
Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, compliance requirements, and system configurations.
Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and migration from platforms like ADP.
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Proficiency in configuring modules such as Time & Labor Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Benefits.
