Ice Marshal

Christmas Ice Rinks is excited to welcome dedicated individuals, experienced or not, aged 16 or above, to join our energetic team at Gloucester Quays open air Ice Rink - a winter wonderland that promises unforgettable memories.

Role

You will hold an integral part of the Christmas Ice Rinks team, ensuring the day to day, session by session flow, ticks over flawlessly. Expect to display your multitasking prowess, ensuring seamless ticket checking, boot allocating, and unparalleled customer engagement.

Responsibilities include

Safety management of the ice rink, ensuring customers are using the facility in a safe and appropriate manner. Manage the issue and collection of skates and shoes, safeguarding customers' personal belongings and storing them appropriately. Deliver a world-class service to guests, ensuring that any issues are resolved in-the-moment, with a touch of Christmas Ice Rink magic! Aged 18+ applicants with be additionally trained to work on the Bar - availability for more shifts!

Please note that this position may require physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting, as well as ice maintenance. Training will be provided to ensure that all Marshals are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
