Role Overview:

Ice Skating is a must-do when visiting Lapland and our Ice Rink team make sure that 'Father Christmas' Frozen Pond' is an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests, regardless of their age or ability!

Responsibilities include:

Safety management of the ice rink, ensuring guests are using the facility in a safe and appropriate manner. Pro-actively manage the condition of the ice rink, ensuring that the ice surface is maintained to standard through the operational day. Manage the issue and collection office skates, safeguarding guests' personal belongings and storing them appropriately. Deliver a world-class service to guests, ensuring that any issues are resolved in-the-moment, with a touch of Lapland magic!

Key Dates

PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2025 and the beginning of November 2025, training is mandatory. LIVE EVENT: Tuesday 11th November - Wednesday 24th December 2025
