Role Overview: Ice Rink Team

Ice skating is one of the most cherished parts of a visit to LaplandUK, and our

Ice Rink Team

plays a vital role in ensuring that

Father Christmas' Frozen Pond

is safe, well-maintained, and magical for guests of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the

safety

of the ice rink and ensuring guests use the space appropriately and respectfully. Monitoring the

condition of the ice

throughout the day and maintaining it to the highest standard.

Issuing and collecting skates

, while carefully managing and safeguarding guests' personal belongings. Delivering outstanding

guest service

, resolving any issues quickly and always adding a little extra

to every interaction.

Key Dates

PAID TRAINING:

Mandatory training will take place on select dates between late October and early November 2025.

LIVE EVENT:

13th Nov 25 - 24 Dec 2025.
