Vacancy Summary: ICT Applications Development Officer
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Applications Development Officer to join our Technical ICT Team at First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO). This role is key to delivering and maintaining efficient, effective, and reliable ICT solutions that support our business operations.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks to ensure application stability, availability, and performance. In addition, you will develop, administer, and support both current and future ICT applications, providing guidance to colleagues on best-use practices.
The successful candidate will also lead, and support ICT projects as directed by the ICT Systems Project Delivery Team Leader , ensuring high standards of customer service in line with service level agreements and our ICT Vision of
'Brilliant Basics'.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
ITIL V3 or working towards (to be achieved within 1 year)
How to create technical documentation, knowledge base articles and user guides
Understand project changes methodologies
Understand and translate business operational process needs for new business systems and application development
Lead on and project manage ICT development work
Working knowledge of NEC, housing management system and repairs scheduling & contractor systems
