Level 3 IT Solutions / ICT Apprenticeship

Eligibility Requirements (please read before applying):


To be considered for this apprenticeship, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above

(or equivalent).

Not already hold an ICT-related qualification at Level 3 or higher.

Not have extensive experience

in an IT-related role.

Key Responsibilities


As an IT Solutions Apprentice, you'll learn to:

Build AI agents and intelligent automation systems. Enhance customer-facing platforms with modern web technologies, including e-commerce and user experience optimization. Develop dashboards and real-time analytics for performance reporting. Design operational efficiency tools for warehouse and logistics workflows. Create digital marketing workflows, SEO tools, and social media automation platforms. Build automated financial and procurement systems for cost optimization. Implement monitoring, security, and compliance systems. Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated workflows using modern platforms.

Essential Skills & Requirements



Programming knowledge in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar). Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases. Interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies. Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts. Passion for continuous learning and technology trends.

Highly Desirable Skills



AI/ML experience (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot). Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Data analysis and visualization experience (Excel, Power BI). Version control knowledge (Git). Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
