To be considered for this apprenticeship, you must meet the following criteria:
Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above
(or equivalent).
Not already hold an IT-related qualification at Level 3 or higher.
Not have extensive experience
in an IT-related role.
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have excellent customer service skills
, as supporting clients is a key part of the role.

friendly, energetic, and motivated IT Helpdesk Apprentice
to join our small, supportive team in Norwich (NR14). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and learning technical skills on the job.
You'll gain hands-on experience providing IT support while working towards your
Level 3 IT Helpdesk Apprenticeship
, with full training and guidance from our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice, you'll learn to:
Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Support the setup of new users and manage leavers for client systems.
Help maintain and monitor client systems, backups, and security tools.
Document activities and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Participate in training and development activities as part of your apprenticeship.
What You'll Learn & Develop
Technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and phone systems
User support and client communication skills
Raising, managing, and tracking support tickets
Problem-solving in a live IT environment
Working independently while part of a collaborative team
Awareness of internet security and data privacy principles
