Job Description

The IT Coordinator position involves maintaining the technology infrastructure at Platfform. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining IT systems, providing technical support to colleagues, and contributing to the charity's overall efficiency.



In addition, the IT Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the security of the organisation's data and networks, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and implementing updates and improvements to the existing systems. The role also includes training colleagues on using new software and hardware, managing inventory of IT equipment, and working closely with other departments to ensure that all technological needs are met.



A successful IT Coordinator should have excellent critical thinking skills, a comprehensive understanding of various IT systems and applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating the seamless operation of the charity's daily activities, thereby supporting its mission and objectives.
